    As with any sport, it is important to stretch and warm up before you start bowling. This should help you prevent injuries to tendons, muscle and tendons. When you bowl, you put strain on your knee joints, and use much of your upper body. If you don't warm up properly before training or playing, you are risking an injury which could put you out of the game for a lengthy period.
