  • Bowling Ball Wash

ok...so i read this article about washing you bowling ball and such on Morich and i want to know if anyone has tried this. Also, will water and or soap in my drill holes cause any damage that i need to worry about. Same thing goes for my inserts. It seems like water could damage the holes, but i'm new to the game and have no knowledge. The link below is the directions on how to wash the ball that i read originally:

I've given my equipment a "bath" many times and have never had a problem. Some guys cover the holes with duct tape or similar. I've never covered them and have had no issues. Make sure you place the ball with the holes facing down when you set it out to air dry. That way the water can drain from your finger holes if you use inserts.

I agree with BD70 lots of guys cover the holes, some dont no real problems.
I cover mine with duck tape.
If you dont cover the holes. when you place the ball in the water. Just put the holes facing down this will keep most of the water out of them.
