Went to go practice today after about three days rest and shot: 222, 205, 195. Had a really bad time looping the ball behind me during my swing. Gotta get more practice in, that's for sure.

12/23 Weekend Warriors League


- 161 - 233 - 237 = 631 Series, 9 game average 211.78

- another hellacious start again tonight, haven't figured it out yet, just super slick with no friction whatsoever.

Went to practice today on Christmas and my gift was super slick lanes haha. I pulled out my Defiant which I had just polished and man did it work. 223 and 200 using only that ball. Scores were low because I kept dropping the ball a couple times but I wrapped up the second game with a six-bagger. Solid day overwise.

Thursday night scores. 214(7/10 split), 220(4/7/10 split and missed 10), 190(flagged 10 pins in 9th and 10th frames)...624. Need to start throwing plastic at 10 pins!!

- 225 - 267 - 237 = 729 Series, 51 game average 215.75

- drilled up a new Arson Hybrid and just had the 10min of practice before league to try the ball out and get the thumbhole worked out. 2nd game started with the front 9 strikes, before leaving a weak 7pin and wiffing on it because i didn't know for sure how the ball would react. Ball is STRONG off the breakpoint and just what I've been needing lately.

12/30 Weekend Warriors League


- 256 - 170 - 258 = 684 Series, 12 game average 215.83

- another good night with my Hammer Arson Hybrid, 2nd night using it. Took a little bit of a "mental concentration" vacation the second game, but got myself back on track. Started the 3rd game with the front 6 Strikes before ringing a 10 pin, then a double, before another 10pin spare and strike.

- six games so far with this ball: 225 - 267 - 237 - 256 - 170 - 258 = 1413/235.5 six game average.

After being sick since last Friday decided to bowl league tonight. 255(clean), 188(2/7/8 in 1st frame and chopped the 2/4 off the 5 in the 10th), 198(clean)...641.

Well today was the first day of league and unfortunately we had to bowl on lanes which were just previously used by little kids and their house equipment. So the oil pattern was torn to shreds and I only came out with a 204, 153, 201 beginning to my league. Hoping next week has some fresh oil to bowl on.

Worse night of carry ever. 10 bowlers all over 200 averages, 6 of the 10 with 220 and above. There were TWO 600 series. I bowled 202(4/7/10 split), 185(left the 5 from the bucket, NO strikes on the left lane), 200(7/10 and 8/10 splits)...587.

- 148 - 180 - 214 = 542 Series, 54 game average 213.80

Today we started our youth Sport league and we bowled on the Sydney oil pattern today. I was using a polished Blue Hammer and laying it right on the 1 board all three games. I ended up with scores of: 234, 152, and 195. Very solid near 194 average and I will end up being the number one average in the league after the first week.
