bowled a few games on the PBA Shark pattern on Tues night after the league was done. with no practice and trying five different balls just to see how they would react i shot games of: 182 - 182 - 166 = 530.

I haven't bowled competitively in 12 years, recently had my fit resized and purchased a Storm Frantic and Natural. Bowling in a local 9 pin tourney just to get my feet wet.

Well first night of the winter season and back to bowling after laying off the summer.

So it has to pour down rain, so I only take two balls the Dagger and my WD (Not carrying balls in rain).
It's damp, the approach is tacky Figure take it easy, don't try anything fancy just make sure to get average.

So 246-220-225 for a 691 all clean. 127 POA!

Monday night scores. 236(1 open), 212(1open), 214(2 opens)...661. threw 4 bad balls all night and they all resulted in splits!

I'm losing it.

Well, i'm a 170 point average bowler in a bowling know to have very random and harsh conditions and bad pin setups. Even worse, last week bowled my last serie ever which was 350 including two lines below 100. This week was the same, more or less, with a 415 serie. I'm noticing balls won't hook til the final five feet of the lane, at least for me, and throwing the ball near the channel results me pretty awkward. I use a brunswick ultimax (agressive back reaction) and karma pearl (mid back reaction). Any suggestions here?

Week 2 of the league and it was a little rougher, we bowled at the low end of the house. They had oiled from the high end to the low tonight and it was warm. So the low end was hooking! It was raining again so didn't bring all my balls, wish I had.

The backend and the outside was dry so they was hooking hard. went 191-205-170 for a 566

Had to play inside and close to the pocket. Speed control was the problem, the ball was dropping speed fast going down the lane.

Best thing for the night clean foundation frames and all strikes in the tenth. Being the anchor that's that's the most important thing.
