      Well, the deadline is here,
Tommorow is team event, Sunday is S&D, I got a new Virtual Gravity that I'm dying to try, threw it once just to make sure it fits, Sanding my SD-73 at 1000, my Cell to 2000, the Vintage quake has it's snowchains on at 600.
guess we will see after sunday if I cash in brackets.
bowled baaaadddd in league last night, but had fun.
I'll post my results, good or bad!
If I don't die by Thursday, I'll be roarin' Friday night

Well more Bad than good, I just got home from Binions picking up my bracket money!
I didn't profit, but won a couple, got back $160, but I bought $300 worth of brackets.
          Now for the scores:
Saturday we bowled the 2:30 PM squad, the conditions were fresh, the lanes were hooking and I threw several strikes in practice, Things were looking really positive.

In game 1, I had 2 splits that were not converted and I couldn't find a strike line that would carry... 168. Ouch! I used the Virtual Gravity for the entire game

Game 2, 3 splits and 1 other open, only 2 strikes this game... 151 Double Ouch.
I switched to a straighter line this game with the Cell right up 10; if you missed right the ball would not make it back.

Game 3, 3 more splits this game; I swear if I could have left at this point I would have. Total 5 opens, 3 strikes and 3 spares this game for an embarrassing 136. I actually won a 5 dollar bracket with this horrible performance. My teammates fared no better and we all left with their heads hanging. All of us average in the 195-205 range and we were humbled by the USBC nationals again.

          Sunday D&S
          Doubles
I started again with the Virtual Gravity; the condition had several games on it from the 7 AM squad before us.

Game 1, I started slow, spare, spare, Missed a 10 pin, spare, then I started to carry, 5 in a row another 10 pin, spare and 9 out, for 223 I’m lined up now.

Game 2, I felt good from the previous game and started out strong, and then the carry went away and left some more 10 pins. Had a split in the 5th and the 9th, then 9 / X in the 10th for a 161 wow...

Game 3, I moved outside again with the cell, I had a bit more room but still have 3 opens, only 1 split, but finish with a 165.

My Dad (Doubles partner) bowled badly too

          Singles:
Game 1, wow what can I say, we moved pairs for these next games, I couldn’t find a good line to the pocket, left 3 more splits, did manage 4 strikes this game but final score was 151

Game 2, started with an open, then strike, spare, spare, spare then 5 in a row, spare, nine out for 224, this game I used the Cell, and found the line straight up between 10 and 15.

Game 3, I kept the same line with the cell had 1 split, and converted all my other spares, for a 191,
Thank god that’s over, well I’m ready to go to Reno next year, How bout You?

My average for the 9 games was 174.4, not great, doubt I’ll cash, but you never know.
