Semi-Fingertip advice?

Hey guys..

I'd like to try a Semi-Fintertip grip just to give it a try.. Does anyone here use a this type of grip? Any advice?

Some of my questions are:

For the finger grips, should I use rubber grips, urathane slug, or just drill into ball?

Would reducing my normal spans from my finger-tip grib by 1/4" be enough? 3/8"? or should i have the pro-shop measure my hand specifically for this type of grip?

I use 1/4" revierse in the thumb on my finger tip, should it be less for semi-finger tip?
