Don't I know that pain. I either left the 10 or the 9 last night. I left what may be a personal best of 25 9 counts in 4 games (9 in just 1 game). Most of course were the wicked 10 and a few 9's to ice my frustration on the night. The line was so tight for me that if I was just outside 1 or 2 boards of my mark, I left the 10, if I pulled it inside 1 or 2 I left the solid 9. If I hit it perfect the 10 just tripped out. That's tough for a guy that hits about a 2 board area most times. I did try the moving around a little, but when your hitting the pocket, it's tough to move to much for fear of losing the pocket (I was winning my points even though I wasn't scoring well). I have to admit the moving up about a half step did work best for me.
hpeddie knows what my pain was like, he was there with me too, leaving his fair share of 10's, LOL.Be very, very, quiet please, I'm hunting ten pins and it's easier when they're not spooked

lol yeah i know the feeling kind of like last night and this past monday with the 7 pins but i understand ya. ,man..Originally posted by BigDawg70 View PostStart ½ a step closer to the line or a ½ step back from the line. Sometimes just moving right or left 1 board will do the trick. Then there are the days when you need a Howitzer to get the 10 out and all you can do is become friends with your spare ball.
this birdz still searchin for that elusive 300 game,

BigDawg covered it pretty good. you can also try slowing your ball speed slightly. A 10 pin leave is because the ball is coming in behind the headpin to much.Originally posted by BigCW300 View PostWhat the best ajustment to carry the 10 pin
driving the 3 straighter back , kicking the 6 pin out and around the the 10 instead of driving the 6 into the 10.Litefrozen
