Some of you may have noticed a small sticky link near the bottom right of the screen that says "Woopra". Woopra is similar to Google Analytics which gives me some statistics about this site.
But it also has another cool feature. Whenever I'm online, it will say "chat with us - 1 online". So if your having trouble with something, and I'm online, you can give me shout there and I can help you out.
