OK this is a form of spam. Doesn't look like it but it is.

First the IP is on the ban lists, next the user email address is also on the ban lists under various other names and is from the Russian federation big spammer area.

the giveaway was the cookie cutter text. Do a google search of
"Greetings! I am new to this board and really looking forward" (in quotes) and see all the posts of of this text. Also search the user name and see all the forums it signed onto just today.
