  • Welcome Back!

After the webserver crashed a couple of years ago, I havn't had the time to recode the BowlingTracker site. I spent several hundred dollars trying to recover the code from the hard drive, but was never successful. However, I do still have all the information that was saved in the database.

Well, I'm begining to recode the site now. The new system will be integrated in with this discussion forums. Bear with me while I re-write all the code. Two years ago, this was the leading site for tracking bowling statistics. I'm hoping that I can get to that point again.

Therefore, I welcome back all the users that once used this site and I welcome new users too. Register here in the forums here. Once everything is working, I will migrate all the data that was entered in the old system to the new system.

    Sincerely,
    James Smith

    Welcome back James.
It's been a long time but i am glad you're back. This was my favorite place to track scores on. I had all but given up on you. I can't wait until the winter season starts so i can start entering scores again.
    Once again WELCOME BACK.
I hope alot of the others come back and we can make this site bigger and better than it was before.

Glad your back.. I'm looking forward to the fall season too.. Last year I started out horribly after not bowling for a year. Set a 162 average.. after 21 games it was 182 and end of season was 202. I got most improved.. haha.. I would love to see all the stats for that.. Maybe I can get hte scores from the secretary still..

      Cheers,
      James

        Thank God

I wondered what the heck happened to the site. I went to enter scores one day and it was gone. I thought for good. Thank God your back up and running. I've had to use the "other" free online tracking site but believe me I'll be entering my scored here form now on. I like the stats that are available and I really didn't want to pay for a program that might not work for me. BTW I bowled my first 300 at the end of my finest season in 2005 ending in a 207 average. I can't wait to start entering my info back in this site. Thanks again and welcome back.

        Chris

P.S. Great idea emailing your previous users. I would have never thought to check back.

            Glad you're back!

Welcome back Now I can once again start keeping track of my stats right here and get rid of all those pestky yearly recap sheets! Here's hoping that your servers don't let you down again! I know a lot of my fellow bowlers here in Oshkosh were using your service prior to the "crash." Thanks for all your hard work!

May you be blessed with no 10 pins!

Good to see you again Jack. Please let your fellow bowlers know too.. Also, look under user settings. There is a method to reassociate your old stat sheets with your new account.

              Cheers,
              James

Hey, very nice to see the sites back up again. If you ever need any help with VB just ask. I ran a site for over 4 years, but never really worked on vb3. I also work at an amf so I could input a little. But congrats on getting the site back up.

                    Good to see you back

Glad to see the site back up, I used this years ago when I bowled in college, and now would like to use it again to keep track of my scores in the other leagues I am in.

Thank you for bringing the site back up!
