-lanes were super slick tonight, very little to no backend. finally moved forward on the approach and lowered the ball in my stance and started to have some success. better oily than dry I guess...

not a good week

Well this week I bowled on Friday morning and Friday night as a sub. I really struggled for what I have been bowling I am in a slump plus the shots tougher. I had a 615 Friday morning with 4 opens 2 of which were 7, 10 splits in the pocket. Then I only had a 566 in the evening I was pretty much lost in this house, I just don‘t match up well at this center. It is a scratch league and other team members tell me they are 20 pins down in this league from last year and from there other nights. Well I only sub and it is a tougher shot. I used my Magic and Siege at both centers. I am just in a slump this week. Better luck next time

-subbed on this league for the first time this season, couldn't quite keep up with the transition, but not a bad night.

Well another week of bowling is almost here and I just realized I hadn't posted my scores from last week. My scores for October 22, 2009 were:

1st Game: 97
2nd Game: 80
3rd Game: 86

I bowled a 263 series and maintained my 92 average once again.

This week I was on fire, I am almost afraid to post my score as I don’t think anyone will believe me. Last week I was ashamed to post them now I afraid. Well here it goes after the struggle last week I had my all time high score in league with an 846 series, my games were 278+289+279=846. This was my 4th 800 series in league. I even had an open in the 1st frame of the first game, I missed the 10 pin. I left 3, 10 pins and a 4 pin the rest were strikes. I used my ebonite magic on the right lane and my Brunswick twisted fury solid on the left lane. The magic had 2000 abralon and the twisted fury had 1000 on it. I love these abralon pads if you don’t have them you really should try them. They keep my ball reaction more consistent.

Well my scores for this week were pretty good, two of them being a bit over 100. My scores were:

1st Game: 101
2nd Game: 80
3rd Game: 105

I bowled a 286 series and maintained my 92 average.
